TEAMWORK

It is carried out in two stages: the Classroom Phase and the Sea Phase.

During the Clasroom Phase; The team is informed about Basic Seamanship, Basic Navigation, Navigation, Emergency Procedures, etc. and also prepares individually for the Sea Phase by receiving personalized assignments.

The team participating in the Sea Phase is intellectually equipped, trying to fulfill the tasks in harmony in the light of the prepared scenario, and aims to deliver the boat to the port safely by making decisions based on hypothetical emergency situations.

LEADERSHIP

This training, which is called "Captain Style Leadership" is carried out in two stages: the Classroom Phase and the Sea Phase.

During the course phase, The team is informed about Basic Seamanship, Basic Navigation, Navigation, Emergency Procedures, etc. and prepares individually for the Sea Phase by receiving the personally prepared task cards from the Leader. In other words, the Leader creates his teams for the task.

Team members who participate in the Sea Phase are intellectually equipped and try to implement the assigned tasks harmoniously.

Faced with emergency situations in line with assumptions, the team strives to ensure that the Leader makes the right decision and implements the decision in the most efficient way, with advice derived from its knowledge and skills. In this context, it supports the Leader in delivering his ship to the port safely.

TEAM BUILDING

After meeting at the marina, participants receive safety, navigation and boat briefings and are first given basic sailing training in the light of scenarios specially prepared for the team. By periodically changing tasks with the Skipper command, it is aimed for the entire team to go through the same process and establish empathy. In the meantime, the most ideal boat layout plan for the team is determined and the most efficient team that group can form is determined.

The teams try to adapt to the assumptions given based on these teams and also compete with each other according to the scenario.

TREASURE HUNTING

Participants, who are divided into teams based on boats in the marina, first determine a team leader for each team. After the navigation briefing, the equipment they will need (Radio, team flag, information note, sketch, etc.) is delivered to the leaders.

After the boat introduction and safety briefings, simultaneously exited from the horbour and sail towards the targets hidden in the sea. Teams fight against each other to find the treasure. The victory is celebrated together at lunch.

REGATTA

After meeting at the marina, participants are informed with safety, navigation briefings and boat introductions, and leave the marina before noon to attend basic sailing training.

The team, where tasks are shared on the boat according to individual abilities, turns into a team ready to race.

After a pleasant lunch, the sails are set and the team that tries to be at the starting line at the right time, the one who reaches the finish line towards the marina first, wins the regatta. The activity ends with a celebration and certification ceremony at the marina.

CORPORATE REGATTA TEAM

Participants are welcomed at the marina in the morning and transferred to pre-designated boats by the boat captains. While the boats are tied up at the marina, participants are informed with safety, navigation briefings and boat introductions. During this introductions, participants are given both theoric and practical (usage of winches etc.) informations that will be used at the sea. Then boats leave the marina before noon to attend basic sailing training.

During the sea stage, the team members are adapted to the boat organization based on the sailing principles. They observe and get experienced about tasks thus they can be assigned individually according to their abilities. Finally they turns into a team ready to race.

After a pleasant lunch, teams make their preperations near the starting line for the race including set the sails and determine the race strategy. As soon as the start signal is given by the referee boat the race starts and the boat which follows the race strategy properly as a team and reaches the finish line towards the marina first, wins the regatta. The activity ends with a celebration and certification ceremony at the marina.
